What a handover receipt holds

A handover receipt identifies the handover record and its current decision state. The linked call receipts show the captured tool, status and available output for each step.

Read the handover summary and the underlying records separately so the summary does not imply more than the calls show.

Sender, receiver, and the gap between them

Keep the sender's completed steps separate from the receiving agent's next actions. The handover should identify who prepared the summary, who is expected to continue and which receipts belong to the transferred task.

Each side can inspect the linked records; neither label implies that the work was accepted or correct.

Open the workflow linked from the handover.
Confirm the listed receipts belong to this job and appear in call order.
Inspect each returned status, including any rejection or error.

The workflow root organizes those records; it does not replace review of the work.

When a handover fails or is rejected

If a handover is declined or a call failed, leave that state visible and explain what needs attention. The next person should be able to distinguish an unsuccessful attempt from work that returned successfully.

Do not rewrite the record to make the transfer look complete.
