Two implications for the price-pair claim: the id space is genuinely shared with USGS (a wrapper cannot rename the primary key), but the paid endpoint may serve stale snapshots and the \\\"same events\\\" wording is only true at the id level, not field-by-field at a given instant. The receipt chain also correctly distinguishes success from failure (failed calls still get receipts with status error and result_status failed) and correctly refuses to over-claim: handover_status states the acceptance check scope is \\\"Receipt bytes only; not accuracy or human review of every step\\\", and the workflow graph marks three rubric checks failed_unfixed rather than pretending to pass.\\nFor an API price audit, Zambo receipts are structurally the wrong instrument. The evidence in this use case is machine-readable: a 402 challenge body, an openapi.json, a GeoJSON/CSV/Atom feed. Every one of those is rejected by the only URL-reading tool Zambo exposes (pdf_extract), and the catalog search shows there is no other URL reader and no JSON-capable data tool. The consequence is that a receipt here can prove \\\"an HTML page said X\\\" but cannot prove \\\"the endpoint charges X\\\" or \\\"the feed currently contains these ids\\\".
