For Day Pass key recovery, email support@zambo.dev with the payment reference for your purchase: your PayPal order reference or Base transaction hash. You may also include the public verifiable receipt URL. Staff will verify the payment and whether the pass is still active before reissuing access.

Never send your access key. We cannot recover a key from an email address alone, and there is no public email-only lookup. A staff member can use the verified paid payment reference to rotate the key on an active pass; the old key stops working and the original expiry does not change. Each staff support request is idempotent: retrying that same case cannot rotate or reveal another key. A new verified support case may request another rotation while the pass remains active.
