An audit-ready AI-generated report links each material claim and number to the verifiable receipt for the tool call that produced its source data.
A reviewer can open the public receipt, inspect the tool, timestamp, observed result, and integrity response, then compare those fields with the report. The review does not require rerunning the agent, and it should not extend beyond what the recorded result supports.

Generate, attach, verify
- Generate the report from its source tool calls.
- Attach the relevant receipt URL to each material claim, keeping unsupported claims separate.
- Verify the tool, observed result, timestamp, and integrity evidence before accepting the claim.
