Short answer: Anyone with the public receipt URL can inspect the recorded fields and call the public verifier. The receipt holder can share it with a client, auditor, or another AI. The verifier checks the record's integrity; it does not turn the record into legal advice or proof of an outside event.

The receipt itself
Start with the identifier, tool, timestamp, status, observed result, canonical bytes, and output hash.
The public verifier
Call the verifier independently and confirm that it refers to the same receipt ID and reports a passing integrity state.
The reviewer
A stranger, client, operator, or auditor can review the record without reconstructing the original chat.
What verification does not prove
A passing record does not prove a delivery, payment, or state change unless the relevant upstream system supplied evidence.

Open a public execution receipt or call its verifier. The example reports verification_status: verified for the stored record. It is not proof of an unobserved external outcome.
