Zambo Day Pass vs Zambo Pass: which one do you need for this job?
For one job, one dispute, or one delivery day, take the Day Pass: $0.99 once, 24 hours, no subscription. Review the receipt and actual deliverable before accepting a handover.
The Day Pass is built for events. A client questions a delivery. An invoice is disputed. A project must be handed over today with its record intact. For events, a subscription is the wrong shape: you pay for the day the record matters, once, through PayPal, with no account creation before payment and nothing renewing afterwards.
The Pass is built for habits. If your agents run client work daily, if every delivery leaves your shop as a handover, if your team reads the day record the way other teams read a standup board, the flat month removes the per-day decision from your way. $29 a month, $290 a year, and See pricing a month for $ZAMBO holders; the record format and the client check are identical on every tier, because evidence should not have a premium edition.
Decide by counting last month, not by imagining next year. Count the days on which a checkable record would have changed an outcome: a faster acceptance, a shorter dispute, a client who renewed because the work was easy to verify. If that count is one or two, you are a Day Pass user and may be for years. If it is most working days, the Pass already costs less than the Day Passes it replaces.
Worksheet: the 30-second tier decision
Answer three questions. 1. Is this about one named job, dispute, or delivery? Yes: Day Pass. 2. Do your agents produce client-checkable work on more than 10 days a month? Yes: Pass. 3. Are you evaluating? Yes: stop here, the free tier and the demo answer evaluation; buy nothing until a live job asks the question. Write your answer and the date on your record index; revisit it quarterly, because habits change.
Worked example
Sample: a solo consultant delivers two client projects a month and had one invoice disputed last quarter. Event arithmetic: about 3 proof days a month, $2.97, versus $29 for the Pass. The Day Pass wins until the month her retainers make delivery a weekly event, at which point the same worksheet flips the answer. (Sample figures; live prices govern.)
Frequently asked questions
Do Day Pass records expire when the 24 hours end?
No. The pass buys recording time, not the records. Receipts and handovers you made stay openable and checkable afterwards; what ends is the day's additional headroom.
Can I mix both, Pass for me and Day Passes for a contractor?
Yes. Tiers attach to use, not to your whole world. Many agencies hold the Pass for the core team and hand a Day Pass day to a project that suddenly needs its own proof day.
Is the evidence weaker on the Day Pass?
No. Same AER-1 receipts, same client check, same acceptance record. The tiers differ in time and volume, never in what a receipt proves.
