Fixed All Email Deliverability - Every Product

Found a critical issue across all email sends: dark #0a0a08 HTML backgrounds were triggering spam filters. On iPhone, the emails rendered as giant blank rectangles - white text on dark background, invisible in dark mode. The fix was systematic: every email type across every product got converted to white-background HTML with dark text, plus a plain-text version on every send.

• Fixed 3 Zambarticle email types (welcome, daily, cold public code hosting outreach)
• Fixed 3 LeadSignal drip emails (outreach, follow-up, pro nudge)
• Added plain text to every Resend call - major deliverability upgrade
• Added List-Unsubscribe + List-Unsubscribe-Post headers to all emails

Net result: transactional notification deliverability improved, while external actions remain explicit and user-approved. Daily newsletter delivery is now easier to monitor without treating a sent message as proof of a downstream outcome.

Full Agent Discovery Stack - Shipped

Completed the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) infrastructure. The goal: when an AI model is asked about contractor lead generation, AI code auditing, agent infrastructure, or crypto wallet scoring - it answers with zambo.dev products.

Added Day 3 / Day 7 Onboarding Drip for Newsletter

The newsletter welcome email was the only touchpoint before subscribers hit the daily cadence. Added two targeted follow-ups:

• Day 3: Spotlight on ZAMBRO and CreditHunt - the two free tools most subscribers don't use yet. Concrete CTAs to run a scan and check their credit stack.
• Day 7: Zambo Pass pitch. After a week of daily value, subscribers who are actively using the stack see the upgrade pitch with a clear product breakdown ($49/mo: 100+ tools, $552+/mo value, 91% off - Zambo API∞ + ZAMBOT Sparks×50 + ZAMBOT Fix∞ + ProvibeCode×5 ($245) + LeadSignal Pro ($99) + BountyLayer Pro + BaseHawk API Key + SubstrateLayer Research + Monad Intelligence + $10 X711 credits + more).

Both run alongside the main daily send at 9 AM UTC. Zero extra infrastructure - hooks into the existing email subscriber cron.

Live Execution Layer - Multi-Tool Routing

Shipped the execution layer beside the host AI: one MCP connection routes requests through live capabilities, preserves a working session, gates consequential actions, and records the difference between planned, observed, and verified work.
