This Privacy Policy describes how zambo.dev ("we", "our", or "us") — operated by Brennan Zambo — collects, uses, and protects information in connection with zambo.dev and all Zambo Stack products and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Email address — when you sign up, subscribe, or contact us
• Payment information — processed by PayPal; we never store your card details
• Wallet addresses — when you use on-chain features (Lioncage Protocol, X711, Day Pass)
• Content you submit — prompts, goals, code, or business descriptions sent to Zambo Stack tools

We also collect information automatically:

• IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on site, and referral source
• API usage data (endpoints called, request counts, rate limit status)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate zambo.dev services and Zambo Stack products
• Process payments and manage subscriptions (Zambo Pass, LeadSignal tiers)
• Send transactional emails — lead results, subscription confirmations, activation notices
• Send marketing emails — product updates, tips, and relevant announcements (you may opt out at any time)
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Improve products through aggregate usage analytics
• Respond to support requests and inquiries

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• PayPal — to process payments. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy
• Resend — to deliver transactional and marketing emails
• Groq — to power AI generation features. Prompts may be processed by Groq's infrastructure; we do not send personally identifying information to AI models
• Replit — our hosting provider. Subject to Replit's privacy policy

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

4. AI Inputs & Privacy

Content you submit to Zambo Stack tools (ZAMBOT, ZAMBRO, ProvibeCode, LeadSignal, etc.) is processed to generate your results. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Ghost Mode requests are not stored to our database and are processed with a privacy attestation hash. Standard requests may be logged for debugging and rate-limit enforcement.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies and browser storage for:

• Session management (keeping you logged in / remembering your email)
• Rate limit enforcement (anonymous IP-based counters)
• Preference storage (e.g., wallet connection state)

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data to ad networks.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing brennanzambo@zambo.dev. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: HTTPS for all data transmission, encrypted database connections, and access controls on all production systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)
• Port your data in a machine-readable format

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately.
