These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zambo.dev and all Zambo Stack products and services ("Services"), operated by Brennan Zambo ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
zambo.dev provides AI-powered tools, SaaS products, and developer APIs including but not limited to: ZAMBOT, ZAMBRO, ProvibeCode, LeadSignal, Criptic / BaseHawk, X711, CreditHunt, Signal, Fleet, BountyLayer, Zambo MCP Server, Zambo Pass, Day Pass, and related services (collectively, the "Zambo Stack").
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and make purchases. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Some Services require an email address for access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
Zambo Pass ($49/month): Recurring monthly subscription charged via PayPal. Grants access to all 17 Zambo Stack products and priority MCP routing. Cancel at any time through PayPal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
LeadSignal features: LeadSignal Pro is included in Zambo Pass. If a separate LeadSignal offer is shown, its checkout page controls the applicable price and billing terms.
Day Pass ($1.49): One-time 24-hour access. Humans may use PayPal, debit/credit card, or Apple Pay through the hosted checkout. Agents may use the x402 flow. An optional crypto route accepts exactly 1.49 USDC on Base through the documented payment intent. A payment activates access only after capture or independent verification; confirmed activations are non-refundable.
Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact brennanzambo@zambo.dev within 7 days of the charge.
Subscription payments and hosted card checkout are processed by PayPal and subject to PayPal's User Agreement. The optional crypto route is settled on Base and is not processed by PayPal. If the wrong token, network, address, or amount is sent, the transaction may be irreversible and access is not guaranteed; contact brennanzambo@zambo.dev with the transaction hash for review.
Free tier usage is subject to tool-specific rate limits (for example, 3 free ZAMBOT sparks/day and 20 free calls per MCP tool/day). The live discovery response and the applicable product page control current limits. These limits exist to ensure fair access and service stability, and we reserve the right to adjust them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section, with or without notice.
Our Services may generate text, code, classifications, scores, recommendations, summaries, images, or other output using AI models and third-party data sources. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating it before relying on it, publishing it, contacting anyone, changing code, or taking an automated action.
Third-party sources, directories, blockchain data, and external APIs can change, become unavailable, or contain errors. A result, score, verification response, lead, or audit is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, safety, legality, accuracy, availability, conversion, revenue, or future performance.
Some Services reference digital assets, wallets, blockchain networks, stablecoins, x402 payments, or on-chain transactions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, misdirected, or affected by network fees and smart-contract risk. Confirm every address, amount, chain, and transaction before signing or sending. We do not custody your assets or guarantee a transaction, token, wallet, protocol, price, yield, or airdrop.
Market data, wallet scores, trading strategies, and on-chain analysis are informational software output, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. You make your own decisions and bear the risk of loss. Never provide private keys, seed phrases, passwords, cookies, or other credentials to an AI prompt or to us.
All content, code, branding, and materials on zambo.dev and within Zambo Stack products are owned by Brennan Zambo unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Content you submit to our Services remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the requested service.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRENNAN ZAMBO AND ZAMBO.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
