ChatGPT Limit Reset Time
When a ChatGPT limit interrupts your task, save the useful text and next action in a handover. Moving the task does not reset ChatGPT's usage limit.
1. Save the useful context
In ChatGPT, ask for this wrap-up if you can still send a message. Otherwise, write it yourself from the work you can copy.
Wrap up this job so I can continue in Claude or Gemini. Include the goal, completed steps, open questions, the relevant receipt links and the next action. Separate completed work from proposals. Keep the useful text and source links. Do not include passwords, keys or personal details. End with one clear next action.

2. Make one handover link
- Open Zambo's Continue page using the button below.
- Paste the wrap-up or useful work into the text box. Add a short task title if helpful.
- Review the public-sharing notice. Remove anything private, then confirm and create your link.
- Copy the pickup prompt from the result page.
3. Pick up in Claude or Gemini
Paste the pickup prompt into Claude or Gemini. If it cannot open the link, copy the handover's public text into the chat.
Check the handover against your original request, then ask the receiving AI to continue one clearly scoped step.
What moves, and what does not
Zambo carries the text you choose. It does not import your whole chat or prove that the work is correct. The link is public, so do not include confidential work.
A handover carries only the text you include. It does not transfer uploaded files, provider access or usage allowances. Check the current ChatGPT notice and official guidance for reset timing.
